The Rock Shop’s fully digital measurement technology captures your wall’s movement to ensure a solid fit that is programmed directly into our CNC for clean and concise cutting. This means we won’t turn your front yard into a work site. Our natural and engineered stone products can be transformed into the perfect surface to match your specifications.
We will meet with you to discuss specifications & create a digital template of the size & shape of your project.
The template is uploaded to our system & a CAD drawing is sent electronically to our CNC (computer numerically controlled) machine.
Our sawjet uses water at very high pressure to cut into the stone to fit your template and precisely cut radiuses and complicated patterns.Once the stone pieces are cut from the slab, they are then taken to the CNC which cuts the stone to specifications provided. It allows for incredible accuracy – 1/1000th of an inch – and increases production efficiency by cutting impeccably smooth edges.
Hand finishing takes minutes rather than hours due to our digital templating and cutting to ensure every edge and profile is to your request. We recognize that each project is unique and strive to be sure each client’s expectations are exceeded.
